The IJB Smartfoot® is a high-quality and sustainable foundation beam, whose dimensions have been designed based on the results of the geotechnical soil surveys.

Before the elements can be assembled on the building site, the foundation pit is finished to the exact height. This is carried out using specially developed levellers, which make it very simple to then install the beams in the foundation pit.

The IJB Smartfoot® is radically different to a traditional foundation. A traditional foundation requires many different steps: assembly floor, reinforcing bars, shuttering work, concrete delivery, crane with concrete pouring silo, erecting profiles, and supplying construction blocks and mortar. This process can easily take a week or even longer. By using the IJB Smartfoot®, you can continue with installing the floor of the ground floor on the same day it is installed.
