Altenburg Funderingstechniek has its origins as a contracting firm in the agricultural sector, but for many years now has formed part of the IJB Group and is the specialist in installing cement screw piles. Through constant innovation, the company has developed into an expert in realising high-quality foundations for various markets such as housing construction, utilities construction and civil works. Quality and safety are top priorities here and the company is ISO 9001- and VCA-certified.

The cement screw piles are constructed by screwing a drill with a hollow core into the ground then filling it up with concrete under pressure. To carry out this work, we have foundation machines that can install piles up to 600 mm in diameter and a maximum length of 21 metres.

Sustainability is an important aspect of business for Altenburg Funderingstechniek. We for example work with sustainable materials and invest in energy-efficient machines and tools. We also do our best to reduce emissions of CO2 by, for example, being economical with fuel and disposing of waste materials in an environmentally friendly manner. We are also constantly looking for ways to produce in a more sustainable manner and to find innovative solutions that contribute to a better environment.
