Prefab elements are being used increasingly in construction. A good example of this is our prefab lift shaft.

The prefab lift shaft of the IJB Group is characterised by its perfect fit with our prefab foundation beams. By combining the installation of the prefab lift shaft with the installation of the prefab foundation beams, a very quick construction time can be realised.

Thanks to a unique production method, we are very flexible in the dimensions of the elements we produce. In the basic package, we produce prefab lift shafts up to a maximum dimension of 3900*3900*1600 mm. Larger dimensions are possible upon request.

Our Engineering department can take care of the correct drawing and calculation for each prefab lift shaft. This provides an optimum consistency between prefab foundation and prefab lift shaft.
