The IJB Group also supplies its expertise for smaller building projects, such as the recent new housing project in Oldemarkt for Sjors Potiek. We took care of the pile driving and cutting off work for a new house. A total of 36 piles of 25 square cm were used with a length of 4 metres.
The pile driving was carried out on behalf of the IJB Group by Heibedrijf Hoekstra, a reliable partner known for its expertise and quality. Prior to this, IJB Geotechniek had carried out the cone penetration testing and provided the relevant foundation advice.
